Dan came out for my "pool school". He gave me a thorough explanation of how the equipment worked, how i could diagnose problems, and what upgrades I could do.
Its been 2+ decades since I owned a pool, so I was happy to have a refresher.
I was impressed enough that I ended up engaging them to upgrade my pump and other equipment.
The before and after pictures show the quality of their work. Note the clean connections. There isn't PVC solvent / primer all over the place like the previous installation. Their team explained everything very well. I'm very happy with their service.

1/3/25 Happy New Year! Great to see Paul as he catches up from the holiday closings. Paul is an excellent diagnostician who has informed us of a potentially serious issue along with steps for a cure. We will follow his advice immediately to rectify the issue. We appreciate Paul’s continuing conscientious attention to our pool and all its functions as well as his diligence in keeping it in top notch condition. He’s a wonderful representative for Patriot Pool and Spa and a fantastic resource for us and our pool.
