Patriot Pool & Spa Referral Campaign Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 27th, 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Patriot Pool & Spa Referral Campaign ("Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Campaign is open to legal residents of Texas and Florida who are 18 years of age or older.
1.2. Participants must have a valid account or relationship with Patriot Pool & Spa.
1.3. Employees of Patriot Pool & Spa and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Rewards

2.1. Participants are eligible to receive a reward for each qualifying referral ("Referral").
2.2. A Referral is considered "qualifying" when:

• The referred individual becomes a paying customer of Patriot Pool & Spa.
• The referred customer mentions are linked to the original submission.
  2.3. Rewards: $50 e-gift card sent via email.

3. Referral Limits

3.1. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a participant can make unless otherwise specified by Patriot Pool & Spa.
3.2. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly stated.

4. Disqualification

4.1. Referrals must be new customers who have not previously interacted with Patriot Pool & Spa.
4.2. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals (e.g., creating fake accounts or misrepresenting information) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

5. Modifications or Termination

5.1. Patriot Pool & Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Changes to these terms will be communicated on the Patriot Pool & Spa terms and conditions.

6. Liability

6.1. Patriot Pool & Spa is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or other issues beyond its control that may impact participation in the Campaign.
6.2. By participating, you release Patriot Pool & Spa from all claims, damages, and liabilities related to the Campaign.

7. Privacy

7.1. Participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Campaign.
7.2. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Patriot Pool & Spa’s Privacy Policy.                                           7.3 Participants agree that by filling the form they agree to be contacted via email, text or any channel for marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
