Garrett does a great job cleaning and maintaining my pool/spa. Totally understands customer service. I asked for some help with my spa remote and Garrett discovered an issue thst required service. Within 15 minutes I spoke with Roberta and Jamie from the office and I am now scheduled for a repair tommorow!

We’ve had some pretty good pool guys but Chris is by far the best we’ve had. There have been challenges with our pool due to the size of it, mainly with algae. Chris has turned it around and our pool is looking better than ever. His commitment to detail and desire to do the job right can’t be matched. We truly appreciate all his efforts! Great job!!

Maurice did a fabulous job at some difficult repairs and installation of a new heater and wifi upgraded control board. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend his work.

Maurice, the technician who replaced the motor, did an excellent job and was able to speak in detail about not only about what was happening with motor replacement, but also an included a larger picture view of the system. All the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. Communication with them and the main office is good. My only minor complaint is the lad time between visits to correct my problem. Pool was usable the whole time, however. I recommend them.

We have been using Patriot pools for over 5 years now and we couldn’t be happier, our pool always looks great and they got the best client service and technicians. Whatever problem we’ve had they’ve fix it right away. They are very quick to respond to any emails or a calls when we need them, so happy we found them.

I recently encountered a significant issue with my pool equipment and control systems, which unfortunately stemmed from a previous service by a competitor. Rather than accurately diagnosing the problem, the competitor began replacing parts unnecessarily. When replacing a valve, their lead technician lacked the expertise to properly adjust the cams. This lack of knowledge and ability to fix the issue left my pool pumps running non-stop for several days, with no immediate resolution offered. In response, I reached out to Patriot Pool & Spa, and they understood the situation I was in and promptly dispatched their technician, Nick, that same day. Nick quickly identified the root cause, had the necessary parts on hand, and resolved the issue within hours. His professionalism and efficiency made a world of difference for us. If you ever need equipment repair, contact Patriot and ask for Nick.

Adjusted from 1 to 4 stars because the lady kindly waived part of the charge following my complaint. === Not satisfied with the communication. When making the reservation, I was told 150$ dispatch fee contains 1hr labor fee. But when the technician arrived onsite, I was told to pay an additional 150$ labor fee and parts fee for replacing the parts. There might be some miscommunication, but was not happy with the experience.

10/11/24 Another hurricane, Milton this time. Much worse than Helene and Debby. But, true to form, our pool techs came out only a day late to clean out the dirt laden pool and took the time to expertly get our pool sparkling again. While we didn’t actually see them, we are sure Paul and Jake were the professionals out today. They are extremely hard working and diligent when it comes to our pool. We are grateful to have this team on our side!

I just switched over to Patriot Pool & Spa, and I have to say these guys are rock solid. They take photos and are quick to diagnose problems. I like how they quoted me with a minimum suggested repair vs. total repair, which was excellent and convenient for me to sign off. Also, we had some leftover chemicals, which they are okay with using up until we run out. Anyways guys thanks I hope this review helps your business 🙂

Our weekly tech is Josh Richardson & hard to imagine anyone doing a better job - a true professional, but at the same time a super nice guy and very approachable. Also extremely knowledgable and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. We feel like Josh maintains our pool with the same care & concern as if it were his own. That's the highest compliment we can give. Conclusion: Continues to be a great company with competitive pricing and great service (especially our tech Josh). Overall, A+++ PRIOR REVIEW: B&B did our weekly pool maintenance prior to their merger into Patriot Pools. I'm happy to report that Patriot has not only provided the good service we were used to, but has proven themselves to be absolutely excellent. I have been a loyal customer from the beginning when Patriot Pool took over for T&D cleaning services, currently 8+ years. The current managing supervisor, Walt, and his team do a fantastic job. I can see the improvement since Walt was placed in charge. The technicians are well trained and approachable for feedback. My Current technician, Joshua, does a wonderful job taking care of our pool and treats our pool like it's his pool, with tender loving care.

C.J. yesterday answered so many of my ?'s having them not addressed from a previous email sent to the office. Despite having a long day and I being his last stop on a rainy afternoon, C.J. addressed many of my concerns while testing and cleaning.

Maurice and Josh came over to help me figure out a pump issue. They figured it out quickly and went ahead and cleaned the grids since the pump was open. Now everything is running fine! Super cool guys.. but I guess really everyone I have spoken to at Patriot has been helpful and nice.

Had new pool pump installed by Patriot and got entirely lost during reprogramming. Called tech support and technician not only walked me through setup but explained water flow and how my valves needed to be adjusted. Have used Patriot for years but this was my first home tech support and was totally amazing

I want to give Billy at Patriot Pool and Spa an excellent review. I have been having issues for the last few months with pump speed and pressure and could never figure it out. It took Billy a couple of times but it finally my issue was correct and all is well, all is well after a few months not being correct. Billy was the answer and followed up with me as requested each step along the way.

If I give could 10 🌟, I would for Billy, supervisor!! My pool, very small, had a issue after putting in a new salt cell . Then, they said I needed a new panel. Said NO. Billy checked and rechecked. Via his thorough investigation Dedication, very knowledgeable, concurred with me, I didn't need new panel. And, the Tech was correct. The RPMs were too low. Haha But my Phosates were sky high. Billy, did repeated treatments to bring them down/ gone. Billy., totally kept in the loop. Answereed my ga-zillions questions with a smile and laughter to. Billy, is very knowledgeable, professional, And, 'a people person' Billy, thank you! You're the BEST!

8/22/2024 UPDATE: I am updating my review because the service from Patriot Pool and Spa has exceeded my expectations for these swimming months! Cameron, my weekly pool tech, remains providing the BEST customer service!!!! He answers all questions and the performance to provide the best customer service cannot be disputed concerning my pool or the equipment. Kudos to Cameron!! I have no regrets about the upkeep of my pool. I have the same technician each week, Cameron, who does an excellent job! He is very attentive to his job. My pool is always clean and the reports given each visit tell me what has been completed. I used another company prior to switching and watched from the camera what actions were taken. They did not provide what their advertising or pool cleaning reports stated. I was being charged for services I didn’t receive. Then I switched. Now I don’t bother looking at the camera because I know that I get exactly what I pay for! The company provides the service like clockwork and if you have any questions you are able to text or call and get an answer. I highly recommend! Again, thank you Cameron!

Our cleaning tech, Andrew B, was so great today. He was courteous & friendly. Greeted me by name and really took care and time with the cleaning & chemical maintenance of our pool & made sure it was done well and right. We've had issue with some algae earlier in the summer & when he saw it slightly returning he took measures to clean it & nip it in the bud right then where prior it had either been overlooked or addressed too casually. I'd be very happy to have him maintain our pool each week. Patriot Pools has been fantastic and prompt in addressing any of our concerns & keeping our pool looking crystal clear. I am very pleased with their customer service in addition to the weeky service report emails detailing what was done during the visit with photos as well as chemical readings & what was added. I can highly recommend Patriot if you are looking for pool maintenance service. Well done!

Andrew knocked on the door and introduced himself as my new technician. He was very friendly and professional. We discussed small issues I had recently and he assured me he will do his best to make sure those issues do not occur. He did a great job and we are very pleased.

Our pool guy Christopher Wolf is the best very knowledgeable and professional our pool is ALWAYS spotless. We have dogs and he always gives us a call before heading to our house so we can put them up since they don’t like visitors we appreciate him so much.

Our service tech Chris is always taking care of the pool each week. He lets us know if there are any issues or potential problems before they get out of control.

RECEIVED MY VILLAGES UTILITY BILL WITH THE SHOCK OF HIGHER-THAN-NORMAL WATER USAGE CHARGE. I IMMEIATELY CALL VCDD UTILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SENT A WATER READER OUT THE NEXT DAY; WATER WAS RUNNING FROM SOMEWHERE! MY SECOND CALL WAS TO PATRIOT POOL & SPA. THIRD CALL WAS TO A PLUMBER, WHICH I ENDED UP NOT NEEDING. PATRIOT WAS OUT THAT SAME DAY CHECKING MY 8-YEAR-OLD SPA SYSTEM. THE NEEDED REPAIR WAS COMPLETED THE VERY NEXT DAY!! I DON’T THINK YOU COULD ASK FOR A MORE RESPONSIVE COMPANY. THANK YOU, PATRIOT, FOR KEEPING MY SPA IN SWIMMING CONDITION!!! AND FOR BEING AND HIRING SUCH KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESIONAL, WONDER AND RESPONSIVE EMPLOYEES. PATRIOT HAS A GREAT TEAM!!!

Christopher Wolf is our pool guy. He made sure that our chemicals were where they needed to be. My pool cleaner keeps disconnecting from the wall and he always reconnects it for me. He walked me through every step of his process. I highly recommend his service.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and fairly priced. I was previously using another pool service company, however I had some issues with equipment repairs being needed. I understand trouble shooting these things can be tricky, which my prior pool company struggled with. However Van and Nathan came out from Patriot Pools and were able to identify the issue within minutes. The price of the repairs/service was very fair, and they completed the job the next day. They went above and beyond and educated me on a lot of my equipment, which will be very helpful in the future. I'm very pleased with these guys, they know what they're doing. Highly recommended. Brian is careful to keep my pool in top shape

Having been loyal to our previous pool cleaning company for 5 years (having a newly built pool) we had nothing to compare it to. Service was acceptable(ish), but not exceptional. Creeping the neighbors pool company (Patriot) and seeing how they stuck around for more than 5 minutes and actually cleaned the pool made us jealous! So a quick call and boom! Regular rotation and service. We now feel that (as the pool ages) we’re in good hands and issues will be brought to our attention instead of ignored. Our pool went from GA to VIP! Thanks Patriot!

Josh, our Patriot Pools tech, did a thorough, timely job replacing our multi port valve and ensuring that was the root cause of our problem.

Felix is amazing. He came and cleaned our pool very thoroughly and brushed everything. The pool was struggling with the algae, but he came and cleaned it up for us. He was also so approachable and even explained what he was doing and needed to happen for the pool. He is great, and I hope Felix is being recognized and rewarded for his hard work! 🙂 Also, Bryce (spelling might be wrong, I'm sorry) is so responsive, and I appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to listen and solve the problem quickly. I can trust that if I leave a voicemail, he would call me back, and this speaks the integrity of his work. So thank you both! 🙂

Reached out to Patriot Pool & Spa about issues with my pump. Raquel was super friendly and had a tech out to us in under 2 hours. Brandon was able to troubleshoot my pump and stuck around to answer all my questions about other pool related functions. Would highly recommend Brandon and Patriot Pool & Spa.

Patriot Pool & Spa is fantastic, I got done in three days what I couldn't accomplish at all with Leslie's. Shawn was my technician, great guy, really accommodating, was personable, and took the time to show me how to use the equipment. I replaced a 10 year old, leaky, single speed pump with a variable speed pump. Shawn did a great job, love the pump, I couldn't be happier. I will call Patriot Pool & Spa if I need anything in the future, they are incredible.

Update to review. Jayson and Patriot still doing a great job on the pool. Professional and friendly service every time. Jayson came out to address our spa overflow and did a great job. I thought we would need to add/change pumps to get the performance I was looking to achieve but he was able to make a few adjustments and it’s flowing as intended.

We've been using Patriot Pool for several years now. It's been a great experience. Their pricing is good and their techs are great. Some weeks they will come back multiple times to re-test and adjust the water. We've used them for upgrades and service to our equipment as well.

Thought I needed a new computer motherboard. Tech came out and found that it was just a fuse. $179 is way better than $550! Thanks for saving me some $$$

Kenny was personable, quick and took care of scrubbing my pool, backwashing, cleaning my skimmers and pool vaccum. He also tested my water chemistry and made adjustments.

So far really impressed with The Patriot Pool team. We recently relocated to a new home with a pool. Started shopping for weekly service and the Patriot team was very quick to respond about what they provide and price. One thing that has been a huge stand out is the level of communication the entire company displays. They pick up the phone, respond to text messages and emails very quickly. We recently had a little repair that needed to be done with our filtration system. Patriot sent out a great technician name Joshua. Joshua was extremely professional, timely and respectful. Patriot pool has been servicing our pool for several years now having taken over our account from another company. We noticed an improvement immediately… we are rarely home when service is done but it was obvious on our return home. The chemicals are always balanced and the before and after shots are a reminder of what has actually been done. I have to honest… with the price of chlorine, supplies, etc. came a rather large jump in our monthly payment. Then right about the time I was considering a change… the service got even better and more consistent over the past few months, so in the end, I remain a loyal client and realize its worth the little extra for the amazing return! We have a 20+ year old (obsolete) pool heater that went out almost 2 years ago. We don’t have the budget to replace it, so I called a few repair companies but each one said it’s unfixable and needs replacing… then I found Patriot Pool and Spa; their service supervisor Jeff diagnosed the problems and personally sought out and located many discontinued parts, then installed them himself. Now the heater works as it should, at a fraction of what a new heater would cost!! My experience with Patriot Pool & Spa has been A+++ from start to finish — the level of customer service is above and beyond (thank you Jeff), and I highly recommend any pool owner in the area to contact them for ANY pool service you might need. You won’t regret it!

Patriot Pool is an amazing pool service company. My pool is always in pristine condition. I don't ever have to think about it. David B, our service technician comes out every week and puts everything in tip top shape. We get a report each week via email that shows us the state of our pool before and after, including the emptying of all baskets, chemical levels, what was done etc. On the rare occasion that in the process of inspection they've noticed something in need of routine service or repair, they notify us and provide a quick estimate we can accept or reject. Patriot Pools is the first pool service company I've ever dealt with that is truly hassle free. Everything just works.

We have noticed a vast improvement in both the quality and consistency of the service. Our pool has never looked so good. We particularly appreciate the courteous and thorough service that we have been regularly receiving from Shane. He's terrific!

We had a complicated problem with our pool and 3 people from Patriot came to try to fix it. The one who was finally able to was Carlos A. - He worked for hours on the problem and was finally able to fix it. Our pool is working perfectly now. He was a really nice guy too!

Nathan from Pool and Spa has been servicing our commercial pool for our condo association for a few years. We appreciate his excellent work. He is very dedicated in providing and excellent service and doing a good job. He’s very knowledgeable on how to handle the chemicals and products to keep our water impeccable. Our water has never been so clean in the past 23 years that we have been in Lauderdale-by-the-sea. We really appreciate that he’s always one text or phone call away if we have any questions or concerns about the pool. At one point, we had major repairs done to the pool and we had to lower the water level. Nathan went the extra mile during and after the repairs to make sure the water stayed clear by adding extra chemicals. He made sure that the pool was cleaned and the chemicals were all balanced to reopen the pool quickly right after the repairs. We really appreciate all the extra effort he gives to his clients and how highly professional he is. He is very receptive with any communications. Thanks Nathan! Keep up the excellent work!
